Delete your Bookback data

1. Email contact@aithrivesolutions.com with the subject "Delete my data".
2. Include the WhatsApp number you used and the name of the business you messaged.
3. We will confirm your request, delete your messages and phone number from that business's Bookback account within 30 days, and let you know when it is done. We will also tell the business.

To stop receiving messages without deleting anything, reply STOP in the WhatsApp chat.

Messages may also remain on your phone, on the business's phone, and with WhatsApp under Meta's own policies; we can only delete what Bookback stores.

Email contact@aithrivesolutions.com from the address you sign in with. Owners can ask us to delete the whole business account; we delete it within 30 days, apart from records the law requires us to keep.

Businesses can remove Bookback's access at any time in Meta Business Suite → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps), and then ask us to delete their data as above.
